Assalamualaikum! I bought a Samsung 970 evo plus 500gb nvme ssd with 2 year warranty back in July, 2025. After like 8 months of use, I discovered that this product is fake & non-genuine ssd. I have all the proofs for this claim. I know it is my fault for not checking it upon purchasing. I contacted the local shop I bought it from in Karachi, they say:

1. We don't use software to check originality, our distributor is saying that this is 100% genuine. Give us proof from any distributor and I'll return the money.

2. The 2 year warranty can be claimed if you make the drive faulty yourself. Make the drive faulty, send it to me and I'll claim the warranty and return your money.

What do I do now? please assist
