I'm 26 and started my Roth when I was around 23. Had no idea what I was doing and now have a ton of overlap in tech stocks and jumped into SCHD too early.

I'm looking to sell and split 80/20 in VTI (or VOO) and VXUS for now.

Finally to my question. If I sell and reinvest without withdrawing, will I pay any taxes on the gains ?

I have a similar situation in my taxable account with overlap in VOO and OneQI also carry AMZN, MFST, TSLA with around 15,000 in gains in those stocks
