As a man how to not be considered a creep in our society?

A lot of girls have had bad experiences with guys in the past. Because of this good men who have not done anything wrong also face consequences.

I will give some examples:

  1. My field is male dominated. Because of this there are work places where they don't allow male employees no matter how qualified they are.

  2. I have asked girls in the past if I could carpool with them and they all refused but men that I know mostly allow me to ride with them.

A lot of guys think that girls dominated fields are very fun but in reality they are extremely boring. I have seen girls who get creeped out even if a guy is asking them for help with something. You have to be careful otherwise you will get reported.

Even if the girl doesn't feel uncomfortable people might talk about you behind your back and spread rumors about you. I know guys who were friendly with girls at University and they were false accused. People spread rumors about them.

In our society guys are not allowed in malls and parks.

I guess the best thing to do in our society is to stay away from girls as much as possible but what if in the future I have to work somewhere where girls are more. How can I work at such a place without being considered a creep?
