I’ve got an ender 5 with a stage 1 endorphin mod. It’s having issues with the Bowden tube/hotend and fundamentally is being held back by a slow hotend. I’ve decided to change the hotend but there is a world of choice. I’m thinking full metal as I may eventually box it in. I certainly want a faster flow, generally happy with 0.4 nozzles. I don’t mind printing some ABS parts, I have access to some nicer printers at work so that’s fine. I don’t really want to spend more than £50 because at the end of the day it’s an ender 5. I’m totally fine with the wait and see that is aliexpress. What have people gone with and what influenced the choices?
