Charlotte “Charlie” Cornell! She is a 90’s gremlin who was embraced at the turn of the millennium. She still holds on to the grunge era decades later, and the only way she’s letting go is if someone pries it from her cold, dead hands.

Still working on her fleshing out her whole history! I’ve chosen her clan already but I’m curious what clan people assume she is based off her appearance. She’s an NPC in the Chicago by Night chronicle I’m running and perhaps a player character if I ever play in a game. My players are already fond of her. 😊
