Why do I feel worse the day AFTER drinking than the actual night?

Not sure if this is just me but I don’t even drink that much anymore, yet the next day (sometimes even 2 days after) I feel way worse than I should.

Not even a proper hangover — just sluggish, a bit off, low energy.

I’ve changed a couple of small things recently and it’s helped more than I expected.

Just wondering if anyone else gets this?

Is it normal to feel off after eating most meals?

Bit of a random one, but for a long time I just assumed it was normal to feel a bit heavy or off after eating, even with pretty standard meals.

Same with drinking — not loads, but the next day I’d just feel worse than I expected.

Recently changed a couple of small habits and it actually made a noticeable difference, which made me question whether it was “normal” or not.

Not really looking for medical advice or anything, just wondering if other people experience this too?

Best way to choose a niche for digital products (and actually get sales)?

Hey guys!

I’ve been experimenting with small digital products and wanted some honest advice from people who’ve actually made money with them.

So far I’ve created two:

- An IBS eating out cheat sheet (helps decide what to order without overthinking)

- An enquiry conversion system for trades (basically improving how they respond/follow up so more enquiries turn into jobs)

Both came from things I’ve either experienced or worked on, so they felt natural to build.

Now I’m a bit stuck on direction going forward…

Do you think it’s better to:

  1. Build products based on your own experiences/problems (more authentic, easier to create content around),

  2. Focus on a specific skill/service you understand (like my trade enquiries idea), or

  3. Go after a hyper-specific niche with clear demand, even if you don’t personally relate to it?

Also unsure whether it’s better to:

- Double down on one niche and go all-in

OR

- Try a few different ideas and see what gets traction

And probably the biggest thing I’m trying to figure out:

How are people actually getting their first few sales?

Is it:

- Reddit / organic posts

- TikTok

- Fiverr / marketplaces

- Direct outreach

I feel like making the product is the easy part — getting people to actually buy it is where I’m stuck.

Would really appreciate hearing what’s actually worked (or not worked) for you.

Appreciate any honest feedback!

I realised I was losing jobs just because I replied too late

Hey guys,

I’m a trades-based business and noticed I was missing loads of jobs just because I didn’t reply fast enough or follow up properly

Built a simple system + a few message templates I now use and it’s made a big difference

Curious if anyone else has had the same issue?
