Strong intermediate skier looking to buy a new pair of skis
I ski at small resorts in scandinavia as well as in the alps. I am 18 years old, 186cm (6'1) and weigh around 60kg (135lbs). I can comfortably ski any groomed run on the mountain. I sometimes resort to skidding on blacks if conditions are poor. I was in the three valleys a week ago and skied the rustler 9s length 180 the entire time. In general I really liked the ski, however, I felt that it was abit unstable at higher speeds and in poor conditions. I only ski off piste around 10% of the time so I also think I need something more narrow. I want a buy a strong ski thats really good for carving while also being able to handle some off piste. Notably, I really enjoyed the playful nature of the rustlers and their "jumpiness". I want a ski that is in nature playful and easy to carve with while also being stable, although I am unsure that such a ski exists.
