Vivid dream left me anxious and confused I even woke up feeling it physically
I had this dream, right, that I was looking on my Instagram and somebody sent me a link to a birthday party sign-up, like one of those invitation things where you RSVP or say you can’t come.
So I clicked the link, and I was gonna say like, oh I can’t come. And I opened it, and at the top it was his name( a person I cut off MONTHS ago ) , and it said he was coming. His picture was like a cartoon, his profile picture was a cartoon of him in a red, green, and yellow striped sweater. It was like a baby version of him, but anime-ish, like one of those babies that jump up and start shaking their arms and legs screaming and crying ( I hope that makes sense)
So I was like, what the fuck, and it started giving me anxiety in my sleep. So I went to the link and put that I can’t come. I was gonna put I can’t come anyway, but when I saw his name I was like yeah, I definitely can’t. Then I thought about going just to show him I’m good, ( in a I’m good without him kinda way) not even because he’d be there, but just to show him I’m good. But then I was like no, I might as well just not come.
Then I got a notification that he started following me, like an Instagram notification. It said him and three others started following me. I was like what the fuck. So I screenshotted it, and I was gonna send it to my friends like, look, why did he start following me? This is weird.
Then I clicked the link again and it opened like a slideshow. In the picture he had a beanie on with a baby binky in his mouth, like a real baby binky. And he had that same sweater on. It looked like he did a photoshoot. I was like, what the fuck.
Then I swiped, and the next picture was him holding a baby, and the caption said “legend.” And I was like, what the fuck? Who would name a child Legend?
Then I connected the dots and thought like, this dude got a baby, what the fuck. The baby was wearing white, and the way he was holding the baby was weird. and why do you have a binky in your mouth???
In another picture, he was sitting on a bed with a sucker in one hand and a rattle in the other, with the binky still in his mouth, but like grown man him. I was like, what the fuck.
Then somehow it was like we were standing near each other, and he said “yeah, that’s my son”. And I said it confused like, “you have a son?“ And I just stared at him, and I started breathing funny like I was having anxiety.
When I woke up, I was actually breathing funny in real life and felt like I was having anxiety.
im confused because a dream never physically made me feel that way, I was breathing so hard I actually woke up from it and I wanted to get some opinions ?
