We just started home care for my grandmother in Plano, and while the caregiver is great, the administrative side is overwhelming. I’ve been buried in service agreements, HIPAA forms, care plans, and incident protocols. I expected a simple setup, but this feels like a full-time office job. Is this level of documentation standard across all agencies, or did we just pick a particularly bureaucratic provider?
