So there’s this man who is often seen around Irving anywhere between Hart and Stanhope. He’s middle-aged, jeans and a dark gray coat.

I’ve seen him have MANY pretty serious episodes since moving to this part of the neighborhood.

One night he was half naked, screaming on the ground halfway under a parked car in a busy intersection.

Some nights he’s in my trash area out front just howling and cursing for hours at like 3AM.

Another day he had no pants or underwear on in broad daylight with young children on the same sidewalk.

Of course this isn’t a rare occurrence— so many people are in need of assistance— but I’m just wondering if there any effective ways to get the guy some help?
