Bullying Behavior/ Shye Lilly Discussion

Bullying Behavior/ Shye Lilly Discussion

Shye Lilly again with the guard pulling. I am starting to think that using your A game in the past can work against you if you compete in high level matches because you get found out pretty quick.

To be honest her grappling is soft and I don't see brown belt material. Bad taste in my mouth since her posts constantly making fun of her injured opponent. Seems douchey and its about time athletes(in Shye Lilly's case, not a very good athlete) get called out for disrespectful behaviors. Apparently the injured opponent in the reel comforted her in the bathroom during Day 2 of ADCC Trials because Shye got knee barred from Cindy Ung. Then she turns around and posts this:

Kinda sad.

Recommended gyms in the Philippines

I am going to be travelling to the Philippines for work and was wondering if there are good comp gyms in Manila and surrounded cities? I am going to be there for about 3 months.

Unfair match

No disrespect, but this seems like an unfair match.

No disrespect, but this seems like an unfair match. Maybe Shye Lilly has some tricks up her sleeve this time but it seems like her game is always the same with guard pulling. I see her everywhere from UFC BJJ and such and she isn't even at the elite level. Am i missing something here or is she better than I've seen so far? Adele has a solid win here and I would've expected someone who has gone against a champ like Mayssa Bastos would have a worthy opponent. geez

I was looking up some instructionals from Jones and thats one hefty price tag. Are they worth it? Any recommendations for top playing/guard passing? Im looking to get a better understanding on not just passing but better pinning and overall top mechanics.

I am impressed on how he is able to get rid of Tackett's knee shield. I cant pin point, but does he just put his whole body on top of it and create pressure? Or is there a better way of getting pass knee shields? That is one of the things I struggle with as top player the most, and the more I watch Jozef Chen's matches I've observed how good he is at passing guard so effortlessly
