Question about Chuck Introduction

Question about Chuck Introduction

On my first rewatch, so OK with spoilers but marked post to avoid others being spoiled. When Chuck gets introduced for the first time as a writer, why show him asleep at the desk getting flashes of Sam and Dean as if he really was a prophet?

Was Chuck originally being possessed by God to write before being consumed by God?

It doesn’t make sense plot wise if Chuck was God from the beginning. No one was there.

I also struggled with Cas and Ezekiel not seeing Chuck as God, but was figured God could mask himself so that made sense.

Dumb Moment for me as a fan

I just realized Sam and Dean Winchester were given the last names Smith & Wesson in S4E17.

This is my first rewatch of the series but it was so obvious I feel dumb.

Any other super obvious things you noticed on a rewatch?

Love Apple / Hate Siri

I have always been a huge supporter of Apple. Have iPhones, MacBook Pro, 4 Apple TVs, iPads, Apple Watches, etc.

One thing that has always given me trouble is Siri.

No matter how many times I say “Hey Siri”, it many times doesn’t respond. When it does and I ask a question, it 90% gives a completely irrelevant answer. Like not even close to what I was asking.

I really wish Siri and Apple Intelligence worked as well as other components. It is so frustrating, I just turned it all off.

I tried resetting my voice and all of that too.

Is it me? I feel like I am the only person that literally has never (or very rarely) has any success with Siri.

I just wanted to post two positive experiences with Elan customer service as it relates to the Fidelity Visa.

First, this card is a no brainer for any expense you would otherwise get less than 2% cash back on. Anything I don’t charge to my Amazon Chase (5-6%) or AMEX Blue Preferred (Groceries, Gas, Subscriptions 3-6%), goes on this. Cash into brokerage is just a great feature.

1st issue : I signed up for the card and accidentally went through the main page vs the offer link that gave me 15,000 points if I spent $1,000 in 3 months. Realized after I blew past the $1,000.

Called an agent. Got one right away and they told me they would look into it and respond in 10 days. About a week later I noticed the 15,000 points in my rewards balance and then got a letter saying that in addition to the reward offer, my interest rate was 0% for a year. While I pay my cards off in full monthly, it was nice knowing I had this small safety net if needed.

2nd Issue: I messed up and like a dope, set my autopay account to my brokerage account info. No clue how I did that. I think it was available from the account opening so I just chose it instead of linking my CMA account. As you can imagine, my first autopay was returned and I was assessed a $30 fee. I panicked and sent another payment quick from another account bc I have NEVER had a late payment and even though this would have been a day not 30, I still panicked.

Called again and the nicest person reversed the fee, and reviewed everything to make sure it was ok.

THIS CARD IS NOW MY FAVORITE and will be my heavy lifter.

TL;DR - made two dumb mistakes that would have cost me money and both customer service agents were quick and kind , fixing the issue right away.
