ALJ approved my husband once expert verified there was no other work he could do. Lawyer says it's very possible that the judge will get it wrote up and sent to SSA within the next 2 wks since he decided at the end of the hearing that he was fully favorable. Does anyone have experience in this? From my understanding it could be a couple of months before he sees any back pay? (going back over 2 yrs)
