Ello everyone! I somehow missed that Inventor got a big buff! Unstable DC went from 17 to 15, then at legendary crafting 15 --> 13.

DC 17 = 20%
DC 15 = 30%
DC 13 = 40%

This means that at level 1 now, Inventor can use Unstable again 1/3rd of the time, kinda crazy!
