A convince store w 50k a month in revenue

Location: Ellenton ga, in this place there aren't that many liquor stores

Half to almost half of sales comes from : beer

Other Half from :Marlboro mainly w other brands & chewing tobacco

Main customers base being: farming Mexicans

They drink beer like water (not racism)

Light bill aprox: 2k a month maybe idk

Taxes: I don't understand (I would love if someone can tell me how they'll work)

Water comes in light bill w air conditioner

We got 7 individual coolers w on big 8 door cooler & a separate ayrg beer cave

Most chips & beverages are targeted towards Spanish/ mexican people

& is prolly cheaper then coca / lays chips

What do u think is this a good investment
