Is it normal to have a lot of vibration even on a straight road with the Moza R5? I just bought it, and the LEDs aren't working. Is that normal too? By the way, has anyone managed to get the LEDs working? In Pithouse, I checked the LED mode and RPM settings. I tried SimHub, but I can't add the wheel.

I just bought a steering wheel to play simulation games, and it's the Mozza R5. Unfortunately, it's not detected by Shadow PC. I was told to download Trailscale and VirtualHere, but I have absolutely no idea how they work, and I'd like to know if I could get some guidance and if it's possible to get the wheel working. I'm completely clueless about computers. And I don't know how to submit a ticket on Discord. Sincerely, Christophe
