In Dispassionate Defense of the Humble Access Hole

I drilled this hole in the door jamb to fix a dent by my gass hole seven years ago, I put 120,000 miles on it and the car lived outside the whole time. Looks… how I left it, seven years ago.

Take from this what you will.

If you can tell me how this will make the crumple zone malfunction in the event of an accident I’m certainly listening.

Can I use PDR for this?

I mean, sure.

Customer’s van had a heavy petting session with a dumpster they forgot was in the driveway. Yes it could use more detail work, it could also use a bumper repair. Think of it as a paint-optional push to paint.

One of my actual customers and yes, she did ask if I could PDR it. If you like car-nage pictures like I do, enjoy some premium dent.

Turned it into a scrapyard replace and lucked into a perfect color match twenty minutes away. They gave me the incandescent lenses though so I’ll have to stop back in on Monday. Plus a bug died in there, how did you even get in there buddy? This one’s for you little bug.
