I'm slowly getting into Superman comics, my entry point was Supergirl Woman of Tomorrow.

I was wondering how does Big Blue deal with the knowledge that he can be anywhere on Earth(and probably much farther) in less than a milisecond but he also has to sleep and have an enjoyable personal life ?

How does it deal with the potential massive guilt from taking some time for himself even if it means not being on the hero clock 24/7 ? He gets so much pressure from the normal people of Earth as well as heroes themselves. I don't think any one else besides Diana gets scrutinized as much as he is. Some people I hear started worshipping him despite him telling people to not do that, so how is the guy still... functionning?
