For a newbie just trying to make a suit for a 187cm person fit my 190cm avatar. Whats the best way to adjust it? Manually pattern or grading? It just needs small adjustments but still hard to get right.

Adding an avatar to this suit I downloaded makes the entire suit inverse. Anyone know why this happens and if there is a fix? As you can see everything is flipped.
