Did you have ankle ORIF surgery? I’d love to hear your recovery story.

I’m a UCLA senior researching recovery outcomes after ankle fracture repair surgery (ORIF), especially complications, rehab, and what recovery actually felt like beyond the textbook version.

If you’ve had this surgery, I’d love to hear:

• How bad was the pain?
• When could you walk again?
• Any complications (infection, stiffness, hardware irritation, needing hardware removed)?
• What surprised you most about recovery?

I’m looking for individuals who would be willing to share de-identified medical records related to their ankle fracture surgery and recovery process. Any personal identifying information can be removed/censored beforehand.
