Why can't we warn Sumo-lings about a glorified demo in the reviews?
I just tried to leave a review about Replient gate-keeping Sumo-lings to get us to pay more money for simple features that are a must to actually get the product to work. But the "helpful" ModBot denied my review immediately.
I personally would have saved $177 if I had known this going in. I did not implement the tool immediately after purchase due to time constraints, so I was past my refund date when I found out.
What good are reviews if we cannot warn other Sumo-lings about this?
