I’m a current med student at WVU SOM who applied as a nontraditional student without any family in medicine. Another student suggested I hop on here to offer some help to anyone currently in the pre-med grind.
I know firsthand how frustrating and convoluted the application process is, especially if you aren't coming straight from undergrad. If you're feeling stuck on your application, trying to figure out clinical hours in the area, or just want a realistic look at what med school is actually like, feel free to reach out.
