i have a tranmisson gear oil change last week
the service shop had flush my gearbox then fill with 80w 90 maybe i dont remember after driving couple days i feel hard to shift gears like synco left the chat

is vicosity effect shifting**？**

thrust bearing still in good shape because no noise while press and depress the clutch
