(M) Seeking summer subletter and roommates for next year in Westwood, affordable & private bedrooms
Hey r/uclahousing, I’m looking for one subletter for this summer and/or two roommates for next year.
Address: 660 Veteran Ave (~15 min walk from south campus)
Rent: $1233/mo/person
Utilities: ~$50/mo/person for internet, power, laundry. Water, trash, and gas are covered.
Bedrooms: 2 beds + 1 upstairs loft, all private
Bathrooms: 1
Laundry: shared with floor
Parking: 1 tandem space for 2 cars, free, gated garage.
Has a spacious living room with a new A/C unit and high ceilings.
There is furniture in the common areas now but don't expect the bedrooms to be furnished.
Availability: Starting May 20, one downstairs bedroom is available. The downstairs bedroom, upstairs loft, and one parking spot are available next year (September 2026 - September 2027).
No smokers, drug users, or pets please. My roommates and I are male grad students that mostly keep to ourselves. I'll be starting a 9-5 job this summer so I'll be around a lot less. I can commute by motorcycle so no worries if you use the parking spot often.
