F30 320D LCI or PRE-LCI for second hand cars???

I can write a lot but can someone explain? I mean yes lci would be more less driven but still I just want to make a decision keeping in mind it doesn't create that much of a big while in my pocket. I am planning to keep the engine untouched for a year or 2 and then I will think of tuning it. I am from india please suggest something ?

Reliability issues …

Why does a Range Rover and Land Rover never work on their reliability issues. I mean I just want to know how to make a brand reliable, at-least there might be some means, by which we can at-least make cars (JLR) reliable. Why they never work on being a reliable brand. They say reliability has improved.. but one of my friend just bought a Range Rover Sport ( 2 months ) and it started having some AC issues!!! I mean come on… The nightmare everyone thinks off manifest’s right in front them. It creates a dull experience for a person like me and makes me question whether I’ll buy a Land Rover or not. Because I seriously like some of there cars and want to make a purchase. Can’t they learn something from Toyota ? 👶🏻??? There’s many more to say but I’ll be glad to know from you all. Atleast give me an idea why people are not working or atleast improving on their reliability issues ? How to make something reliable. I know it sounds confusing, but atleast try to work on their electronics !!
