Has anyone gotten a Z visa at the NYC consulate recently and can give an estimate of how long the preliminary review will take? Thank you.

I submitted my Z visa application and on the page where you can review the application there is a notification under the photo that it was not submitted because it didn’t pass the photo check. I can still see my photo on the page though.

Can I submit another application while it’s still in preliminary review? And anyone recently got their Z visa in NYC have estimated wait time for preliminary review? Thanks
