Looking for a new apartment, just ran into a complex whose application process requires agreeing to this gem of a binding arbitration agreement from RealPage:

>At either party’s election, any disputes, claims, controversies, or disagreements, whether based on past, present, or future events, between You and RealPage relating to, arising out of, or pertaining in any way to Your relationship with RealPage or to RealPage’s property owner, operator or manager customers (“Claims”) will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with these Terms.

I did a little searching and it looks like the DOJ and NC AG's lawsuits basically got settled without any significant penalties against RealPage or landlords allegedly using it to fix prices. It seems doubtful that there's any point holding out hope that there will be any class action or similar lawsuit against RealPage. Anyone have different information?
