Humid summer - Straightener or straight perm?

Hi!

Im currently staying in seoul and will until August. Ive heard the summer here is really hot and really humid. I have wayvy hair with not that much curl definition cause i do not take care of it 😭 (im starting to use a treatment but that is about it). You can see the curls clearly when is wet and while is drying or dryied if I scruch it. It is thin but gains volume preatty fast (frizz) if I brush it.

I also sweat a lot)? So i wash it everyother day to keep it clean (also use dry shampoo cause the next day is kinda oily.

My question is, should I buy a straightener or get a striaght perm for the summer ? I dont want to deal with all the mess 😭 since honestly i do not know how to..

I want my curls to be safe tho for the winter or after I leave, but dont mind waiting a bit. It is virgin hair exept dor the ends which i do need to cut, so I am not sure which one is less invasive.

What do you guys recommend?

Not feeling workout - recommendations?

Context

So a bit of context im a 19F I have done aerial silks before but it has been on and off and have tried going to the gym but since i do not have a routine i have not seen results.

I woudl say I definetely stay active and have a basic fit but im not really strong even for pushups.

I am now studying abroad in seoul and have a small gym with a few machines, dumbells, and a space for pilates workouts.

I have gained weight and lost muscle since I arrived (february) and while I would lovd to have that dream summer body, right now i just want my old body back 😭

I am trying to train everyday in the mornings (with sunday rest) and will adjust my diet. but honestly I am trying many youtube vids and none make me feel that little burn or that soreness the next day...

I feel like im just being active and moving but not really working out

I dont know how to create a routine specially since there are just few machines... I cannot do running cause my feet are flat and it starts hurting after 5m.

Questions

Are there any premade workout routines you recommend?

Any youtube videos (ik they are not the best 😭)?

How do you count for calorie defecit?

I know apps can track calories but how do I know how much I burn?

I want to focus on my back abs and arms since that is where the weight has accumulated (ik there isnt fat targetting but yh) and where i have lost most of the muscle .

Kinda long but just wanted to give some context...

Ps: Any tips on how to avoid the poping back when doing abs workout? I have tried pushing my lower back and opening my feet with my ankles touching but its not really helping especially when i have to go form bent to straight knees.
