Hi everyone! Sorry if there are any mistakes, I’m using a translator. I’d really like to hear how you managed to recover from hydrogen SIBO and what actually helped you.

My main symptoms are weight loss, bloating, weakness, and depression. I’ve tried rifaximin, but it didn’t help and actually made things worse. I also tried metronidazole, but didn’t notice any improvement.

I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences and recommendations.
