After seeing blade leaks it seems he attacks very frequently, and ashveil talent gives him 8 fixed energy per allies attack (Post V3).

there's also the extra charge per ultimate but this countered by no more charge from skill.

does the energy gain from that talent makes up for the halved multipliers? it feels like he should spam ultimate at least twice as often as before if not more.
