Im going to buy a XA and im going to use it primarliy for emulation and indies,but can it run some modern titles at 720p 45-60fps

Hello ive been wanting to get into pc gaming as a console player and im on the fence for if i get the XA or XAX. Im a student and i make 100-150 aud a week. The XA is 750aud and the XAX is 1800aud, advice would be appreciated
