I was wondering how entrepreneurs find cofounders, specifically technical or engineering cofounders for their startup. Especially if you don’t know anyone personally or are in a different field/ industry that is not technical or engineering focused.

I have been looking into biodegradable baits and I want to heard others thoughts and opinions on them.

Do you think biodegradable soft plastic baits have real potential in the future? Are there any brands that perform well? Also what is the general sentiment- hype, gimmick or future of fishing?
