I only take Buspar 2.5mg once a day in the morning, I’m pretty sensitive to medication. I’ve consistently taken it for 24 days, and still having sleep problems. I fall asleep fine but my sleep feels no light and restful, and I wake up multiple times a night. I would like to continue it as long as the sleep goes away. If and when did yours go away, and did you take anything to help?
