I have a VA appointment tomorrow at 1400 but my car broke down and I can't get there. The lady at transportation said that they only provide rides to certain people (i.e. I'm a wheelchair), but they could reimburse me. The problem is that I can't afford to pay in the first place.

I do have a 70% service related disability, but I am fully functional and not in a rural area. Can anyone help me find my way in navigating the red tape so I can see my doctor tomorrow?
