Hey everyone! Relocating for work and would love some local insight on the rental market here.

•	Type: Studio or 1BR (convertible/junior 1BR)

•	Budget: \~$2,500/month

•	Must-have: AC

•	Nice to have: Patio/balcony, gym

•	Areas: Bellevue or Redmond, open to Kirkland too

Any buildings you’d actually recommend (or avoid)? And is $2,500 realistic for something decent with AC right now?
