I'm still soooo confused about the difference between these two concepts. How would you guys explain it if you had an FRQ asking for an explanation of each?

So, I am currently in calc AB in the 4 score range, and I just can't seem to get past to a score of 5 on any of the practice exams I take. Does anyone have any suggestions for stuff I can do before the exam to hopefully break a five?

I was just wondering what everyone is suspecting as possible FRQ topics for this year may be (for fun lol, obviously its all a mystery). Like, in terms of current events, maybe something related to the Suez Canal/chokepoints?
