In the Market for a 2026 QX80
I’m currently debating on getting a 2026 QX80. I’m leaning towards the sport model as I want blacked out trim.
For reference, I’m coming from a 2007 Armada. Although it’s had its share of issues, I love the platform and it has served me well for ~150k miles. I drive less now so the new vehicle would likely have low mileage as the years pass.
My concerns with the QX are 1) how much it costs new. I had originally planned to get a used one but the specific Sport model will probably be a few years away and the current 0% financing will likely make a new one more advantageous. I can afford it , but I struggle with value and the depreciation on this specific model . 2) The Sport model has a firmer suspension but I’m not sure how much firmer. Don’t want something which crashes over bumps / potholes.
I should note, my primary reason is the design - for almost 20 years I’ve been waiting for something which looks like this, was blown away by the Monograph Concept, and nearly wet myself the first time I saw the QX in person lol.
Any advice, thoughts, experiences you can share?
