Ive my first assessment next week for both adhd and autism and im curious to know what they'll ask or what to expect. I have it with the adult autism practice

I have booked my sessions for my assessments and now im second guessing myself wether ive just imagined all of my traits and stuff is this a common thing

I have though for a few years that Im autistic and it was said to my mam when I was a teenager by a teacher that I showed sign of a possible autism diagnosis.

Last week my therapist suggested that I had pda/autism and to speak to my gp and im wondering is there many benefits to getting the assessment as its quite out of my budget currently but my partner has offered to cover the cost which id prefer not to have the financial pressure on him if it isn't beneficial
