Me and my mom recently travelled from Madrid to Venice and my moms suitcase was not sent with us (we both checked in, they marked our luggage and sent it towards the plane). They have found it now and sent it to Venice but the problem is we live in another country which means that we'll have to ride back to venice and spend time and money for the trip. The people working at the Venice airport already told us that they cannot ship it and that Wizzair does not fly to our country. Is there any way we can get them to send it to us via post since it is their fault for losing the baggage?
