I was just offered a new-grad engineering role. Ive been a lurker on this sub for a while, and have interned at another large defense contractor multiple times. I have an offer from the other large defense contractor and now Raytheon. The other offer has a higher compensation, but the work location of Raytheon is far superior.

Is negotiating something I can do as a new grad, or is there a chance they rescind my offer? Also, as I mentioned I am a lurker on this sub. It seems as if a lot of employees lowkey hate Raytheon and that the entire company is getting laid off every day. Is this something I actually need to worry about?
