7 months of Reta

Started my GLP 3 journey September 2025. So about 7 months ago. Currently at 12mg per week. (I know a lot)…

Full transparency, also did 250mg of Test a week.

Resistance training 6 days a week and tried to get 10k steps at least 3 times a week. The first half was consistent weight loss and crazy food suppression. Later half, food suppression diminished and by mid January / February, I feel like I hit a weight loss plateau as I got closer to the lower 200s.

My original GW was 200, but my current body composition, I still have a good amount of belly fat in my mid-section. Probably sounds like I have body dysmorphia and not giving credit to the insane weight loss, but I still feel like there is stomach fat to be lost.

Considering tesamorelin as an option. But I also think I might switch to maybe triz? Tried finding posts where ppl switch from Reta to another GLP, but couldn’t find many.

My goal is to have a smaller, waist, so of course focusing more on lower back workouts is on the table. Maybe more cardio? I’ve only done walking on incline at the gym.

Overall, wondering what I can do next, in this “stubborn belly fat” phase of my journey. Thank you for reading! :)
