Since I've been here, they've allowed smoking indoors, animals to run rampant in the house, and have allowed roommates to assault another. One roommate even said that they've allowed people to have 8 people in a single room, including two babies. They are terrible and only care about making money. PadSplit will not do anything to help the situation.
