Qidi Q2 poop chute/gate will not release and fall during purge and causes filament to clog up nozzle during purge before print starts.

Only had my Q2 for about a week now, so I am fairly new to the unit. Any have similar problems and possibly a solution?

Any explanation would be great here, as I would love to hear how the poop chute/gate works. My gate doesn't seem to open once the purge is done, so it just sits in the closed position and collects right at the top of the poop chute near the nozzle cleaner.
