I'm a solo founder in Saudi Arabia building a digital product on my own website. I have a freelance certificate (وثيقة العمل الحر) but no CR. What payment gateway can I use to accept Mada, Apple Pay, and STC Pay?

Moyasar says on their FAQ that a freelance license is accepted as an alternative to CR — but their actual onboarding flow only asks for a CR number with no alternative path.

Has anyone successfully onboarded with a freelance certificate only? Or is there another gateway that works for solo founders without a CR?
