I’m helping recruit mentors for a national mentorship program focused on supporting high school students from low‑income and marginalized backgrounds with college readiness, leadership development, and career exploration.

We’re especially looking for:

• College students, recent grads, or early‑career professionals
• Folks involved in STEM, business, public service, law, healthcare, humanities, or creative fields
• First‑gen, low‑income, or underrepresented mentors are very welcome, but not required

What the mentorship looks like:

• Low commitment: about one virtual meeting per month
• Fully remote/online
• Focused on guidance, encouragement, and sharing your experiences (not tutoring or heavy prep)
• Mentor matching starts in August

This is a great opportunity if you:

• Want to give back in a real but manageable way
• Enjoy mentoring or supporting younger students
• Wish you’d had someone explain college, careers, or networking earlier on
