Should I consider TRT?

Ive always wondered about my T levels. I have been on tirz 4.25mg for about 3 months and have lost about 55 lbs since December.

Should I pursue a TRT dose now? Or wait until I get down to my goal weight (200-220)

Male, 42 yrs old, starting weight 321, correct 260

2019 was dark.... 2026 looking brighter than ever.

2019 was the heaviest I've ever been. Was up to 350 lbs and just tired of life. I started a lifestyle change and cleaned up my diet and worked out 5x a week.

Then life hit again and I blew back up to 321. Reality hit when I was pulling back out the old fat clothes. I couldn't do that again....

Since December I've taken wellness serious again. Back on a clean diet, 4x a week at the gym.... but I decided to try tirzepatide.

I'm down 55 lbs since December and weighed in at 260 today. I feel great, and looking forward to cutting down to the 220-200. \[42\]
