Hi! Sharing my personal experience with applying for Personal Loan under CTBC.

Reached out to Ms Jera thru Viber (found her here lang din from other posts).

April 25 (Saturday) - Reached out to Ms Jera, inquiring about requirements etc. Sent the completed form and documents on the same day.

April 28 (Tuesday) - CI from Bank (call) to confirm the provided information - personal and employment

April 29 (Wednesday) - Bank called to confirm that I was approved for my loan. Offered if I am open to request for a higher amount - sent a letter for the request.

April 30 (Thursday) - Received a call from CTBC confirming that I was approved for the loan increase. Went to the bank the same day to open an account with them and receive the loan amount.

All in all, total of 4 banking days for the initial approval and 5 days with the loan increase.

I would like to recommend Miss Jera of CTBC when you want to apply for a loan.

Here's my experience:

- Nagpasa ako ng application sa kanya nung March pero na-reject ako. Sinabi niya sakin yung reason na may delinquent loan ako sa isang bank, kaya sabi niya i-settle ko muna at kumuha ng certificate of full payment. Balik daw ako sa kanya pag okay na lahat.

- Nasettle ko naman yung delinquent ko nung same month, pero nitong April ko lang nakuha yung certificate mula sa bank.

- Nag-reach out ako ulit kay Miss Jera nung April 10 tapos nung April 13 ko naipasa yung documents na hinihingi niya.

- Sobrang bilis lang kasi April 14 tumawag na agad for CI, tapos nag-verify na rin sila sa employer at sa bank na may delinquent ako.

- April 15 nag-reply na yung bank kay CTBC for verification nung full payment.

- Nag-wait lang ako hanggang Friday for updates and ininform ako ni Miss Jera na approved na yung loan ko. Kahit 12 months lang yung offer sakin instead of 36 months (para daw ma-prove na good payer na ako), kinuha ko na rin kasi makakahelp naman talaga siya.
