How do i loose 20 kgs consistently?
I'm a 17 year old female about to enter college this coming fall and I need advise on weight loss.
I've been pretty fat all my life and I'm sick of letting that rule my self image and life. I wanna have an amazing college experience and wear clothes I like.
I've been on diets since I was 12 but the thing I struggle the most with is consistency, I'll go strong for a few weeks and lose good weight but one bad day throws me off and i end up gaining double what I lost because I stress cook and when I stress cook I stress eat and that's the problem.
I'll take absolutely any tips you have whether it's on what exercises I should do or how many steps a day I should take. I'll also be completely open to advice on diet. I'm a vegetarian but i can eat eggs.
