Military is literally deployed there, talks are going on, these actions should have been taken right after Manipur became the part of India, should have given proper thoughts about northeast India but no they didn't, what do you expect him to do after visiting? Talk to all three communities who aren't ready to make peace not they're ready to listen to any terms?
