After 3 years of using Quicken I have a credit card (which we use daily) that is showing an incorrect balance. The Online Balance is correct and all the transactions appear correct.
I have reset the account. I've tried deactivating and resetting also.
This card replaced one (same bank) that was hacked in Nov 2025 and had to be discontinued. The balances were all correct until a month ago.
I just cannot see any resolve. Help???
